DAY1.2: EMMA BROCKWELL
Presentation: “Return To Running Postnatal ”

Emma Brockwell, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist & co-author of the recently published ‘Guidelines for Return to Running Postnatal’, discusses key areas that need addressing in order to identify risk factors and contraindications. In the afternoon Q&A sessions with all the speakers in attendance, it soon became clear that Emma’s presentation was the most popular of the day, if not the entire conference! It is with great delight that we also announce that Emma has recently published her first book: ‘Why Did No One Tell Me?: How to Protect Heal and Nurture Your Body Through Motherhood’ available on Amazon.co.uk.
