Runchatlive Runners Guide Course

Become a faster, stronger, injury free runner!

Suitable for: All levels of runner & therapists who work with runners
Content: 15 video lessons

Why do this course?
When it comes to running injury prevention, you are probably already aware of the huge amount of conflicting information out there. To make things worse, most of it is not based on any scientific evidence. And it’s not just Google throwing out dubious information – sadly, many well-meaning therapists, coaches and trainers are also basing the service they provide on outdated narratives.

Course Content
The Runners Guide Course provides 15 video lessons that will give runners, and professionals who work with runners, fundamental, evidence informed strategies to minimise injury and maximise performance. The links at the bottom of the page show the topics for each of the 15 lessons, and provide access to the videos once you sign up for the course.

The sign up form is under the video clip below (from lesson 1). If you have any questions whatsoever, feel free to contact us: matt@runchatlive.com
