Full details can be seen HERE.
When it comes to running injury prevention, there is SO much conflicting information out there, and much of it is not actually based on any scientific evidence. And it’s not just Google that throws out dubious information – many traditional therapists, coaches and personal trainers fail to stay up to date with the research (which is why we also provide courses for them).
On completing this course, you will have the tools to take control of your running, saving a whole load of wasted money & time in the process!
In Lesson 4 of the course we turn our attention to The Cool Down, which leads on nicely from Lesson 2 and Lesson 3’s look at the Warm Up as we can ask ourselves similar questions. What does the evidence say about static stretching reducing muscle soreness? How about reducing risk of injury?
Once again, you may be surprised by what you hear, which is great as that is what this series is all about! Also we look at the H.E.L.P. formula for cool down, as written in more detail about in our in depth article: ‘Instead Of Post Run Stretching, Try Some HELP’.
